| When a puppy is purchased, we send out a health guarantee contract for the owner to sign. The new owner accepts the conditions of this contract when the puppy is picked up at the airport or delivered in person. We sell puppies as pets and family companions. We do not raise them for the explicit purpose of becoming breeders, but when a breeder does buy a puppy from us with the intention to have letters to sell, it is the buyer's responsibility to determine the suitability of such puppies. Overbites, joint problems, testicle problems, slipping jaw, infertility, or any other cosmetic defects that do not result in organic disease or which might show up as an adult are not covered by our health guarantee. The puppy is sold with no additional warranties, either expressed or implied, other than those stated in the contract. It is the seller's responsibility to sell a healthy puppy that will hopefully live a long, happy life. It is the buyer's responsibility to see that it stays healthy and safe. The buyer does not have the privilege to change the terms of the contract. ALL OUR PUPPIES ARE SOLD WITH UP TO DATE VACCINATIONS AND HAVE BEEN DEWORMED. |
Health Guarantee
| We are very flexible when it comes to the means of delivery of the puppy to the new owner. We have shipped to numerous locations around the country, as well as the United Arab Emirates, Brazil, Puerto Rico, and Canada. Airline shipping and all costs incurred are to be covered by the buyer. Shipping costs vary by the weight of the puppy and can range from 180$ up to 247$ for the flight alone. Shipping costs for hand delivery are to be arranged ahead of delivery of the puppy, and at the cost of the buyer. We can ship almost anywhere at the cost of about $245 per pup. This includes health certificate, rabies vaccination if needed, kennel, and airline fee. We prefer to use Continental Airlines for their PetSafe program. The animals are shipped in a temperature controlled cargo area. PetSafe also has a kenneling service in the event the puppy would need to use it. Your puppy will come with a kennel which will have a food/water dish attached to the door/side. There will be an airline-required bag of puppy food taped to the top. We are not longer allowed to tape an envelope containing shot records/registration/health guarantee onto the kennel, so it will be mailed to you. We accept deposits on any puppy you wish to purchase. Deposits are meant to hold the puppy for the purchaser and is a guarantee to not sell the puppy to anyone else wanting the puppy WE reserve the right to refuse to sell a puppy if we are not comfortable with the new potential home. . DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. |
